Research, Innovation and Testing of Rail System (RU-RailS) operates under the Faculty of Engineering at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), Chiang Mai. As part of the University's Center of Excellence in Professional and Technology Development (CoE), the unit is dedicated to research, development, technology transfer, and testing services for railway transportation systems and related materials in Thailand.
